Dispatch Times
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until Monday.
This means any orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be fulfilled and dispatched on Monday, regardless of the shipping method selected.
If you choose Next Working Day Delivery during this time, your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Next Working Day Delivery
Next Working Day Delivery is available for orders weighing between 0kg and 30kg.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the weight of your order.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders dispatched on Fridays with Next Working Day shipping will be delivered on Monday.
For Saturday delivery, please ensure you select the appropriate weekend delivery option at checkout.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect orders are available for collection between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
If your order is placed on Friday after 2pm and not collected by 6pm that same day, it will not be available for pickup until Monday.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us immediately at support@mycandyshop.co.uk with photographic evidence.
We can only offer a refund for damaged items if the parcel is signed for as damaged upon receipt.
